Welcome to module 1 of this course. In this module, we will be discussing the importance of respect in the workplace, defining respect, and understanding how it impacts team morale and productivity.

In module 2, we will be discussing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, identifying different types of diversity, and understanding the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Welcome to Module 3! In this module, we will explore the importance of understanding differences in the workplace and strategies for respecting and appreciating those differences.

In module 4, we will be discussing gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace, identifying the different forms of harassment, and understanding how to address these issues respectfully.

Welcome to module 5.  In this module, we will be discussing practical strategies for earning respect in the workplace, including communication skills and professional conduct.

Welcome to the final module of the course.  In module 6, we will be discussing practical strategies for embracing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
